RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY:-
At CANDYVILLE.CA we take great pride in our products and the service we provide to you our customers. However, if there is a problem with the order you placed, we will try our best to make you happy and resolve the issue.
Our customer service department must authorize all returns prior to them being shipped back. Please Note that some of our products are not returnable, those items would include any food related item.
Items that are eligible and authorized for return; must be unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of the date your order was received.
We do observe a no refund policy, but are happy to offer all returnable items for in store credit or exchange. If opting for the store credit, it will be provided only after the return has been received, inspected and assessed.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrectly Ordered Items:
In order for credit to be received for incorrectly ordered items, the product must be returned, at purchaser’s expense, to our return address listed above, and must be in the same condition as it was received.
Please note that on orders caused by customer error, we are unable to issue credit for shipping in either direction.
