Shipping Policy

Yes! Our bulk candy shop provides free nationwide shipping on orders over $450 (before tax), except for Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and remote areas. Customers in these regions will be contacted before shipping.

For orders under $450, a flat-rate shipping fee of $24.99 applies.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Return Policy

Items eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Candyville has a no-refund policy, but we offer in-store credit or exchanges for returnable items. Store credit is provided only after the return has been received and inspected.

For incorrectly ordered items, the purchaser must cover return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original condition.

Some products, including food-related items, are not returnable. All returns must be authorized by customer service before shipping them back.
